BlogOps WP Partner Program — Terms
Effective August 2026 · Plain-English standard affiliate terms
1. The deal. You receive a commission of $50 per sale of a BlogOps WP Pro lifetime license made through your referral link. You may separately charge your own clients for setup, configuration, monitoring, or any other services you provide — that business is entirely yours, on your terms.
2. Attribution. Referrals are tracked by a cookie set when someone clicks your link, valid for 60 days, last click wins. A sale is credited to you if the cookie is present at purchase, or if we can otherwise reasonably determine the buyer came from you. If tracking fails but you can show a referral was yours, contact us — we'd rather credit a real referral than argue.
3. Payment. Commissions are recorded as pending at sale, become approved after the 30-day refund window, and are paid to your saved payout method (PayPal or similar) within 15 days of approval. Refunded or reversed sales void the associated commission.
4. What's not allowed. No self-referrals (buying through your own link). No spam — email, comments, forums, or otherwise. No paid ads bidding on "BlogOps," "BlogOps WP," or confusingly similar terms. No misrepresenting the product, its pricing, or your relationship to us. No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other tracking manipulation. Violations void unpaid commissions and end participation.
5. Disclosure. If you publish content containing your referral link, disclose the relationship as required by the FTC and applicable law (a simple "I earn a commission if you buy through my link" is fine).
6. Honest claims only. Describe BlogOps WP accurately. It's a one-time purchase, bring-your-own-API-key product; don't promise unlimited free AI, guaranteed rankings, or specific revenue outcomes.
7. Relationship. You're an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or exclusive representative. You're responsible for your own taxes; U.S. partners earning $600+ in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC and may be asked for a W-9 before payout.
8. The boring-but-necessary part. Either side may end participation at any time; approved commissions earned before termination are still paid. We may update these terms with notice on this page; continued participation means acceptance. Commission rates apply to sales made while the rate is in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Our liability under this program is limited to unpaid approved commissions.
Questions or an edge case? Just ask — this program runs on the assumption that we're all reasonable people building something together.
